Joy is a seasoned technology and consulting professional with extensive expertise in SAP, major ERP systems, data and digital transformation and supply chain optimization. With a proven track record in managing large, complex sales, account management, and transformation advisory, his experience spans both discrete and process industries across multiple sectors.

Known for building strong, trust-based relationships, Joy now focuses on expanding IN3 Group internationally, targeting growth within the enterprise customer market.

Kay has been travelling internationally for more than 30 years as an engineer, consultant and successful company founder in the IT sector. In addition to project work, he likes to think in large and abstract structures in order to drive innovation for his customers. True to the motto ‘If you can do SMEs, you can do anything’, he finds the optimum solution for every customer.

Matthias has been working as an SAP consultant in a national and international environment for 30 years. He is at home in both SME projects and corporate structures, bridging the gap between project management and technical implementation.

Wolfgang has been working in HR for over 30 years in various functions and industries – most of that time in the IT and SAP environment. This makes him an experienced and passionate HR professional with an unerring knowledge of human nature who is always curious to explore new fields.
